烧味烧腊 Roast Meats
挂炉明火，皮脆肉嫩。斩件按部位落单，整只需时30分钟。
Roasted over an open flame for crispy skin and tender meat. Order by the cut; a whole duck takes about 30 minutes.

瓦罐装、炭火煨，一罐一盅，汤色清而味厚。每日例汤依食材而定。
Slow-simmered over charcoal in individual claypots, for a clear broth with a rich taste. The soup of the day changes with the ingredients available.

全鱼可选港蒸、蒜蓉、青姜蓉、娘惹、菜脯蒸、潮州蒸六种做法。
Whole fish can be cooked in six styles: Cantonese steamed, garlic, green ginger, Nyonya, preserved radish steamed or Teochew steamed.
